I found a property in San Fernando valley that I'm interested and yave some questions

@Julien Jeannot

Thanks, I'll start there.

I have a triplex with a ton of equity. Any banks doing Helocs for buying more properties? I have a 2.99 interest rate and dont want to lose that with a cashout refinance. It cashflows 4k per month.

@Michael P.

Thanks for your 2c. I appreciate it. Just trying to learn. Any areas you might recommend in Ohio?

Trying to find out if Toledo Ohio 43620 is a good area to invest in multifamily buildings.

I'm a first time out state investor.

@Lindsay Kuzara

Hi Lindsay, I'm in Los Angeles county and i do an ADU build on every single family home i buy. I disclose my plans with the potential tenants and temporarily fence the area out, that way the tenant doesn't get use to that space and I also add an addendum to the lease about construction which they sign. Out in the open with disclosure is best way to approach the situation.

@Don Konipol

Hi Don, I'm looking into buying a large building but I have to form a non-profit organization. My question is how do I get the monthly revenue (profit) that's left over after paying all the overhead? Is it worth it?

@Brandon Blackfin

You can also visit your local Section8 office and they will guide you.

@Brandon Blackfin

I have section8 rentals in Los Angeles County.

And we advertise our rentals on section8 website. It's real easy.

@Donnie N.

Hi Donnie. I'm interested. I'm looking to invest in the Midwest hopefully next year.
