Im looking to assume a VA Loan on a single family residence but will require a secondary loan on the difference. Are there any lenders that provide this option? If not, any other advice would be helpful. Just want to see if this is a possibility. Thanks in advance.

I recently purchased a duplex in Tucson, AZ and I'm currently listing it for its availability. It's been mentioned to me during some discussions on receiving Section 8.
