Hello BP!

I'm a new wholesaler in the metro Atlanta area. I've been basically stuck in paralysis by analysis since 2007 ( way to long! ).  I finally decided to stop analyzing every aspect of real estate to death and to take "MASSIVE ACTION" towards accomplishing my real estate goals. So far I started a bandit sign campaign and will reinvest all earnings back into doing direct mail to ramp things up and eventually start buying and holding properties as well. I will provide value in any way I can and collaborate with other fellow investors.
