Hey Patrick, I do own. I bought my house like 2 years ago. I will look into HELOC. I was also thinking of getting me a job that either gives you a big discount towards your rent or rent free like a manager on a rental property, so I can rent mine, but I still have to talk to the wife LOl.😊

Hi Everyone, first time poster here from the Lansing MI area, I recently joined This group last month. I'm really enjoying the podcast and the fb group.  I'm so excited to get into real estate.  I don't have alot of capital but I'm very handy so thats going to help me I think.
