Hello,

I will be relocating to Tulsa, OK next month from Bakersfield, CA. I'm looking to meet real estate agents, investors, partners to assist in learning the local market. I am planning on renting an apartment or home when i get there and will have capital to invest in rehab, rental properties, etc. Please advise if you know of any local meet ups.

I would not recommend working with Tyrone the Flip Man. I signed up for one of his investment partner deals about 7 years ago and he scammed me for $7,500. it was a contract to invest money in a gold buying store where he promised a nice residual income and profit, however these #s were exaggerated and when it came down to it he gave me the run around to eventually ignoring my emails, calls and texts. I would never do business with this guy or his company ever again, a big scam. No honesty or integrity from him.
