Does any one know a good GC or handy man in Akron, OH? 

I just did a BRRRR in Akron, but the experience with that GC was not good, not reliable. Im planning to do more BRRRR in the area and also have a couple of properties I need to do some minor repairs. All referrals would be much appreciated.

I have been into real estate for the last 6 years and I love it. I have met a lot of people but I have always wanted to start a group network in miami, which is where I am based. I am not aware if there's such community in miami alread.

I am based in miami. My primary residence sits on a big lot, where I can fit an ADU or pre-fabricated home. I was wondering if any of you guys has had any experience with building an ADU, or buying a pre-fabricated house. I know this last has become very popular. Any insight it is much appreciated.
