Hello guys, I've been studying real estate for a year listening to podcasts on bigger pockets, also from the real estate guys and also learned from Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone.. I've. Also read the abc's of real estate investing and the abc's of property management.. I live in Southern California I'm currently an Uber driver, however I would love to help an investor in any way I can to learn hands on as my starting point.. I can be available 3pm to 10pm Mon -Friday to assist a real estate investor to learn the game hands on let me know if I can assist you I know how to analyze deals as well thanks..
