Hi all  I am located in Orange County and I am trying to buy my first rental property but I still feel afraid of giving my first step. I am willing to help anyone who needs help on  weekends so I can assist and learn a little bit more to get this final push I feel I am needing from an expert to start.

I went to some seminars from other companies and they just sell programs and boot camps but I feel more confident and I find much more help on this community.

hi I am considering to do this but not for AC, I am considering it for ilumination and also leave an IPAD to my tenant for control and direct communication with skype in case something is needed. I could give  them Itunes reward gift cards for paying rents on time. my concern is if this will make sense and if tenants would like this and how can I protect these devices (less than $500) in the lease agreement.

Hi all I have some questions. Do I have to start a new post anytime I have something to ask or share? I want to focus on buy and hold. Is a good first step to invest in a manufactured home to start? I want to start with something around 50K. If I want to put from my pocket 25K and get a loan for the other 25K is it possible that I get a loan with 4K downpayment to get the 25K instead of getting a loan of 50K with 25 down payment? Do you know when is the next meetup close to orange county? Or where can I search for the calendar? Thank you Jj
