I would like advice on what steps to take next.
I purchased a single family in March 2019 thru FHA to what I thought was a good deal. 3 BR 1 1/2 bath full basement, separate entrance, sizeable enough to rent or Airbnb. In NJ.
Didn't fully understand the strategies there were to make serious money out of it RE, like cash flow opportunities and BRRR strategy, like now. Didn't also feel like my Realtor much help which I'm pursuing a real estate career myself.
I'm considering investing in purchasing a property multi family, rent out and BRRR, if possible and eventually start a portfolio. But also keeping 1st property for my parents and myself.
I’d like to know what strategies you all have ever taken in this place or advice to go about and get serious into investing. I have a few moves in mind but I want to hear from you.
I’m single, 27 and luckily my income is enough to save a chunk to invest.
