Gotten two to the closing table and had them crumble from there. I was bringing cash buyers to the deal and one cash buyer's finding fell through and my second JV deal had title issues...but I'm still pushing

I’m looking for an investor-friendly title company in the Southern New Hampshire area

I have an email list of cash buyers and I want to email them asking what kind of properties and how much are they looking to invest....what else should I ask and how can I get a response instead of being left in “read”?

@Michael Nyszczot that sounds like a plan, I was thinking of using a service like Popstream to pull lists for me so I can avoid going to the courthouse, but that is a great tip you gave me....anybody have any reviews of services like popstream

I’m a new member and I’m looking at getting my feet wet with Wholesaling properties....wanted to know if there are any wholesalers in New Hampshire and how their experience has been in the state in regards to Wholesaling, driving for dollars, etc
