Hello I am a 19 year old living in Tennessee with a full time job and I am in the process of getting my real estate license with no debt other then my credit card. I am living paycheck to paycheck I want to build passive income and my goal is to live life on my terms I am very exited about getting in to real estate the problem being I don't know where to start. How can I buy my first property when I am only living pay check to pay check. Thank you
