200 for single home and 100 per unit is always good , and cash and cash return 12% and up

think you can adjust some number since is your firt and you are close to the property; 10% management save it for you until you get you next one

my first fix and flip 

no property own as yet

location to buy atlanta ga

10,000 on the bank

no home equity that i own 

no investment on hand

no bankruptcy , short sale or fore closure 

no property under rehab

my goal  are clear do i least 6 fix in flip this year and then focus on my long term goal which is buy and hold for cash flow =Brrrr

yes i am open for fix and flip opportunities i am ready and looking
