Actually I haven't started looking at other areas yet, I want to focus in this market first, but for sure in a near future I'll be looking to expand to other areas!

Hey Lee, I am just getting my feet wet, but for what I can see there are a lot of opportunities around here in Deerfield, a lot of buildings under construction which means growth... I've heard that Jacksonville is a great place to invest, tell me how is it going over there?
