Hi Chuck - I'm under contract of a home in Havre De Grace and would definitely be interested in an contacts you may have.  I'll be doing some rehab on a multi family and would appreciate some recommendations.

My name is Juan Gaviria from Harford County, Maryland. I am 31 years old and have little experience in Investing. My goal right now is to learn as much as I can so I can build a decent portfolio.  I'm currently under contract of my first live-in multi family in Havre De Grace, MD and looking to network with others as I expand my real estate portfolio.

I am mainly interested in renting both single and multifamily properties and would like to develop connections with others so that I can continue investing in the area.  If there are any folks out there with good contacts for renovations and have names you trust, please forward on and I will reciprocate any way I can.  I am open to any suggestions on books and/or Investors I should be looking into to help me on this journey.
