Hey all, I am looking for a real estate friendly tax consultant to help me with my taxes this year. I have 2 rental properties with the second property being a 2016 addition. I have. Even doing my own taxes on turbo tax for the last 4 years and really need a pro to help me take advantage of all the benefits of my rental properties. I am in the Fredericksburg, VA area 22406. Any recommendations will help, its hard to find a good one. Thank you in advance.

Thank you Patti, You are right about replacing the cabinets, but they are the originals to the house and are about 30 years old as it is, so they are due for an update anyway. Thanks again for the info.

Hello, A tennant of mine suddenly needs to move out and I am going to be left replacing the kitchen cabinets, carpets, and some light paint. Does anybody know someone in the Virginia Beach area that I can go to to get a quote for this work, also are there any recommendations as to the brand of cabinets to get for a permanent rental. I am thing contractor grade, but don't really want to replace them every time I get a new tennant. Any thought or help with this would be appreciated as I have to get the house back on the market ASAP. Thank you all in advance.

I am looking for a builder near Fredericksburg, VA to get some education from. I really want to learn the ins and outs of the process from permits to completion, but will take whatever is willing to be offered. I am motivated and thirsty for knowledge in all aspects of real estate.

My cousin is an agent there and her company is managing the property. She knew my interest in pursuing a multi family and so I ran the numbers and it makes sense. I know that I am new to this and an out of state property isn't probably the best way to get into this, but it's an opportunity that I wouldn't get in this part of VA, so I have to jump on it.

Hello everybody, I'm new to the real estate game and coming in from Fredericksburg, VA. I have two rental properties, 1 in Virginia beach and 1 in Haymarket. Both of these are town homes that I lived in and then moved out of and converted into rentals. Because of this neither cash flow right now, but I do break even every month. My next rental opportunity I am looking into right now is a duplex in a small town in western Ohio. I am glad to be apart of such a wide variety of experience and looking forward to continuing to get educated from the fountain of knowledge on bigger pockets. Thanks.
