@Linda Crandell Yes it a one time 10% success fee. We will only charge you once you have your funding and you can pay using your business credit line. Bear in mind we guarantee 0% Apr for 6-12 months so technically you are only paying 10% on a n unsecured loan that you can use without restriction and no down payment required.

That's way better than lets say a hard money loan with a 14% interest rate plus 2-3 point and a required down payment of at least 20%

We have references of clients and affiliates that we've funded that we can give to qualified clients. We don't charge any upfront fees. We only bill the customer when they get funded.

We've actually funded a lot of real estate investors and a lot of them came from Linkedin. Unfortunately, the investors that we've funded are very busy using our funds for their project and we've actually done a few joint venture deals with some of them.  They don't really comment on all our discussions.  We are more than happy to provide references of investors that we've funded to qualified clients that want to get funded through our program.
