I to am interested in owning a rental in Galveston, Tx. Thanks for your input , i want to invest in a rental, just want to know what to expect. I am familiar with VBRO and Airnib i use them as well for when i travel. It is scary getting started.

Aloha, Ted. Thank you , Well i love the beach and i decided i was on a mission to own a investment property and i love remodeling homes, i started with my family home i inherited, and got hooked ! I am actually a Geophysical Technician for a small oil company, but i want to have my own business, just researching and learning whats available to help me reach my goals.
