Yes HELOC would be the way to go, just can't find any bank that will do a HELOC on an investment property.

I have around 100k in debt spread across multiple credit accounts that is currently at 0%, but that is starting to come due and high interest rates will begin to kick in.  I'm looking for a consolidation loan to put all of this on and streamline my payments into one.  Unfortualtey to obtain all of this credit, my credit score was hurt in the process and I have too much debt to qualify for any online fintech loan to consolidate.  Can anyone help?

Looking for anyone that can help me get a mortgage on some manufactured homes as investements.

Yes, but I just hired a company called fund and grow which sets up an entity for me to obtain 0% for 12 months credit to use for my business.  As long as it dosn't affect their efforts, I am definitely still in the market for a business loan.

I'm considering using fund and grow for a line of credit.  They said a lot of bigger pockets investors use them.  Can anyone give me a review on this company?

I've been in business for over a year now (incorporated) and have $60,000 in annual revenue as of right now. Does anyone know of a bank that will offer me a line of credit to aquire more property?
