Post: Tell me how you feel about allowing pets?

@Brent Ludwig:

I have allowed a couple small dogs and a couple cats (no more cats ever).

The majority of pet conversations center around dogs, but I saw this quote and was curious on the cat sentiment. I was leaning towards "no pets," but considered making an exception for a cat owner. Any quick feedback to steer me back on the no-pet-course? Thanks.

Is anyone familiar with On-site as compared to MySmartMove?

Post: Live Lovely and Pay with Lovely

Hi,

I was just turned on to LiveLovely.com as a tenant farm ground in Los Angeles. I notice applicants come with an Equifax credit score, salary, and some other pre-screen items that will not be a substitute for my phone screen + in-person walk through, but seem like an added check and balance.

I'm curious if anyone has used their Pay with Lovely service to turn rent into a credit card payment system. It seems easy and efficient, and I'm considering knocking something small off rent if I can get tenants to use it to assure timely payment.

Any feedback on this service?

Thanks,

Jeff
