@Brad - There are a few multifamily listed; the bulk of my clients are investors, as I do some property management & leasing. I'm also a member of different local investor groups. Anyone interested in small to large packages? I recently sold a package of 7 good condition, income producing properties. I'm expecting the executrix to offer another package in January. Also currently listed in Louisville is a 100 SFR Package, Confidentially Agreement is required to be signed to receive more information.
