Hello all!

I am hoping to start a house hack with an FHA loan within the next 3 months within an hour of Miami Gardens (that's where I work). Hoping to keep the purchase price between 3-500k.

I am looking for advice and help on real estate agents and how to run numbers. That is something I am struggling to learn but am very coachable and willing to learn!

Any advice is always appreciated!

I’m also in the South Florida area as well, I am a first time investor looking to house hack and connect with experienced investors!

I’d be looking at a tri/quad plex and have been searching but in general just need help running numbers.

Also saw some real estate agents on here, I went ahead and connected with you, but I am in need of an agent as well!

Possible from experienced investors!!

I am in the South Florida area and looking to househack within an hour of Miami Gardens (I work there). Looking for a tri/quad plex using an FHA loan. Will be obviously living in, it looks like I have to do somewhere between 350k500k to get ANYTHING. That is totally fine, but what I am looking for is some general advice on help running numbers.

Also looking for real estate agents that are willing to mentor and help me along my investment journey.

I know I’m asking a lot but I am a hard worker and extremely coachable, just looking for help!
