I am an investor in Jackson, TN.   We are about an hour outside of Memphis and very similar real estate.  I actually think we beat Memphis in terms of cost/rent ratios, availability to purchase and appreciation in b/c+ neighborhoods

I’m an investor west of you in Jackson.  Still getting deals on the regular that meet the 1% rule in b neighborhoods with plenty of appreciation to be had.   Think we are a good choice if you want to come a little further away 

I’m in Jackson, tn about 30 minutes from the plant and expect to positively influence our market here as well

I’m down the road in Jackson tn.  Supply is not here for the demand in tn.  Don’t see prices coming down anytime soon.
