Thank you greatly for everyone's suggestions. It has for sure given me a direction to look into. :)

I am 26 years old and married. I graduated from college and started working for our sheriff's department and then moved over to our county Assessor's Office. In total I have been with our county offices for about 5 years. At the end of the month I will be quitting to be able to work on my own two businesses. Yay! Business one is dog breeding. I breed goldendoodle puppies. Business two, is a real estate business that I am in with two partners. We have a few deals under our belts but we are certainly working to get more. Anyhow, my question is what should I do with my 401K that is with my current employer? If I should put it with another company does anyone have any recommendations? I am located in Colorado. I would like to keep it somewhere where it could possibly be used for real estate purposes but I don't know if that is possible. I'm just looking for some suggestions. Thanks!

How do you find a house to fix up? I have been driving around town and scanning the internet for several months and have not had any luck. Looking for suggestions
