I'm looking for the Forum Index page that lists all of the forum categories.

I'm sure this is a total noobish question, but still I can't seem to find it.

Where is the Forum Index page that lists all of the Forum categories and Sub-Categories...?  I see the "All Forums" link at the top which IMHO should take me to an index of all forums that I can pick a specific Forum to browse posts.

Thanks in advance.

Jeff

Something else to think about.  True Wholesaling would be to lock the property up under contract, market to your cash buyers list, assign the contract for a fee.

With this "non-compete" clause, I would be sure that once it's under contract and they decide not to move forward with the deal that you be allowed to market the property to other buyers.

I'm just thinking in a best case scenario where you find 5 properties in one week that are great deals and they buy 3 of them but are unable to close on the other 2 due to funding being tied up or something.  You should be able to market the deals to other buyers so that you at least have a chance of seeing some profit for your efforts.

I would think it should state you will all them first right of refusal on any deals you locate for a period of 7 - 10 days.  That way they get first dibs and still allows you to market anything that they decide to pass on.

Just an idea and good luck!

I have to say, this is an excellent way of building a team.  Who knows after the 2 year mark they may pay you to continue to have this "First right of refusal" for any deals you bring.

Cheers,

Jeff

Larry,

This may be off topic of this thread, but I'm interested in hearing about your "successful real estate company that I basically work part time and make full time income."

I'm curious to know about your journey to get to where you are.  I think your in the boat that the majority of us are working towards.

Could you provide some insight on how your first deal went?  What type of deal; buy and hold, flip, wholesale ect...  And what you are into now part time that generates a full time income?

I'm currently working full time as a Network Engineer but would love to be in the situation you are in and interested in knowing how you got to where you are in your business.
