@Gilberto Fuentes and @Kevin Hamilton

Hey- I attended the 3 day a couple of years ago and continued to study on my own. This summer I bought my 1st townhouse in Marietta using a conventional loan to BRRRR. I plan to use other sources of lending and be more creative for my next one, which I have begun looking for. Good to see you here.

Hello, I've been looking for investment opportunities in this area as well, generally Roswell to Marietta to Kennesaw.  Yes, they've been selling amazingly fast when they pop up.  Trying to develop something before it hits the market is a current strategy.

I can see scenarios in which I wholesale or rehab whichever is appropriate, while looking to build towards rentals.  Also have two contacts looking to invest or work with me.

Happy to stay in touch with anyone in the area.

Jay
