Wesley, you are one of the few that leave Lansing and don't have bad things to say about it. Right now around here it's pretty tough with all of GM's problems, and 7.5% unemployment and what not, but the so called experts are saying it's all changing for the better soon, well see.

Hello everyone, my name is Joe and I'm looking to get into REI. My current means of income is I own a small drywall contracting company thats doing alright, but just like everyone else, always looking for more. I am around real estate all day everyday so it's not a total new area to me, but as a way to make money it's TOTALLY new. I have been reading through alot of the post on here and I am finding tons of great info and I would like to tell everyone thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I looking forward to the future post and hoping to be able to give input as time moves forward.
