@Dylan Salem I SO feel for you and am sending you virtual hugs. Please don't allow anyone, ever, to FORCE you to do something against your will. If you do, the consequences will be on you. My son owes me nothing for bringing him into this world and feeding, clothing, and sheltering him for 20 years. Your parents sound desperate (understandably), and desperate people don't always make the best decisions. Since you use the word "force" it sounds like it is not something you feel you should do. Go with your gut. If your parents can't understand, they will never be a good business partner for you. All the best on this very tough situation. Keep us posted . . .

@Jeffrey Davis I love this post! Sign me up for your tour. I’ve lived here since August 2019 and still feel like a total newbie. I have had a Cortadito at least. ;-)

@Paul Welden Great information Paul!

@Alexandria Nicole Salgado How exciting for you! I'm hacking in Miami right now. I'm newer to Miami, newer to investing, and in the process of activating my RE license. I've remodeled four homes, and would enjoy being involved in your process, if you're interested. It would be a learning experience for me, and a second opinion and assistance for you. I should have MLS access this week. Message me if you want to chat about it, otherwise, all the best!

I would also love to connect. I’m fairly new to Miami, have an inactive RE license at the moment, and have flipped some in the past (in California and Oregon).

After a judicial foreclosure (in my area), the owner has a 6-month right of redemption. That is why the properties sit.

Congratulations! I don't have any advice, as I have yet to succeed at auction, but the list looks good to me.
