I live about 20 minutes from Reading and do a fair amount of work in that area. If I was bidding that job I would charge $70 per lineal foot to remove and dispose of old heaters and mount and wire new ones. That would also cover the cost of the electrical permit that I highly recommend is pulled. That is providing the existing wiring is sound.

In PA there is no licensure for electricians, however there is a Home Improvement Contractor license and insurance that should be carried. To pull a permit as a contractor you need proof that you have these things.

Hello all, My name is Josh and I'm from the northwest suburbs of Philly. I'm a full-time teacher, own my own home improvement business and am looking to get into investing. My primary focus right now would be on rehabbing/ flipping since I'm comfortable with the trades and love to work with my hands.

I'm sure I'll find tons of information and motivation here and hope to contribute back.
