Hit up rent with integrity for property management & they'll refer you to someone.

Curious about your deal though, where'd you find it? What are the #'s? I'm looking for something in that range of units.

Hey guys,

Looking to open up an account at a new bank for one of our properties but I want it to be with a lender I can begin to establish a relationship with.

How can I find out who writes the most commercial loans in my area? (north florida)

I highly recommend Kenley Stringer from Rent with Integrity.

locally owned and great people!

Would love those contacts as well.

I’ve heard brandon mention an app where you can take a picture of a house and mail the owner directly from the app.

Anyone know the name of it?

Hey BP! I'm looking to set up some systems to automate deal flow.

Before I do that I want to know where it makes sense to focus my time the most first.

In order to do that I'd like to know, where did your best deal EVER come from?

& where have the majority of your deals come from?

Fix & Flip, BRRRR or buy and hold is fine.

Thanks!

Shopped the insurance got a $1200 rate for the year.

I forgot to mention in the initial post that these are 2 houses on 1 lot which could account for fees being slightly higher like the appraisal fee.

Thanks kyle, yeah the interest rate is about 3.1%.

It's 2 single family houses on one lot so that may be why.

No flood zone but I am shopping the insurance for sure.

Thanks @George C.

I am in florida. This is through a mortgage broker. I am getting another quote today from a local credit union.

Let's see what happens!

@Steve Morris I did not know to ask for one but definitely will next time. They kind of just told me I was approved then sent over these docs to sign.
