Hi everyone. I wanted to introduce myself as I'm new to BP. I live in Northwest Indiana and had rentals before the 2008 recession. Looking to start over by wholesaling. Not quite sure how to proceed. But looking to work with investors in the Chicagoland area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have been reading and researching. Hope to connect with investors for deals and more knowledge.
