I am currently investing in Texas and have a team there. I have an opportunity to purchase a BRRRR in the Pittsburgh area and looking to build a new team quickly there. I am looking for a realtor, a contractor and property manager. I need someone to be my partner, since I am out of state and be my eyes on for this to work. Currently, my opportunity is in Monroeville, outside Pittsburgh.
