I am looking for properties in the San Francisco East Bay area. Specifically thoise in need of major repairs, foundation work, etc. I am a realtor/investor that works with several investors/contractors but as always the major issue is finding good properties. Please contact me with any questions/opportunities.

Thanks BP!

I am looking to start sending some mailers directly to homeowners. There are quite a few properties that I have identified but I'm going back and forth on what to send to the them for my first contact. I am looking at both single family as well as multi family that need minor and major repairs. Any suggestions on the best way to approach this and if anyone has any sample letters that they have had success with I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks BP! Jeremy

J. Martin yes that sounds like fun. I'm always up to help out a good cause. Hopefully I can recruit a few more helping hands as well. As for starting my own, that is something I would be very interested in. If you have any words of wisdom on starting a meeting I would love to hear them! Hope to see you there!

I am hoping to get some recommendations for a real estate investor meetup that is held in the East Bay Area on the weekend. Most of the ones that I have come across are on the weekdays and unfortunately I can rarely make it due to a pretty hectic schedule during the week. Look forward to hearing any responses. Thanks BP!

Hey @Ori Skloot,

Thanks for the reply.  I am really just looking to make some connections, get some advice and if it works maybe even find someone that I could work with in the future. I know I had only mentioned realtors but if you or any other investors would be willing to meet I would greatly appreciate that as well. I live in Pleasant Hill but have no problem traveling a little ways. Thanks again!

Hey BP. I am hoping to find someone who either is an agent or knows an agent in the East Bay Area that would be willing to meet for coffee or lunch (my treat of course). I have had my license since 2012. My license is not currently active but I am looking to get back into it and since I am myself trying to focus on real estate investing that is the clientele I would be hoping to focus on as well. Thanks in advance BP!

@Tony Rishell, yes I would be up for that. I will be busy until noon tomorrow but after that my weekend is pretty much open if you are around. Otherwise we can set something up for another time. As for the meetup I will definitely check it out. Thanks!

@Lauren Heart. Thanks and I am hoping that I can use that to my advantage like @Chris Mason had said. While I know I have a lot to learn and always will I feel like I have all the pieces to the puzzle it's just up to me to put them together so to speak. I don't mind  driving out to Milpitas. Can you send me the info? Thanks again!
