I have gone through a few and the biggest problem I have found is spending more time managing the manager than needed.

It is still a bit early in the process but check out Empire Realty Services Group out of Derby NY.  They are currently managing my property and although I have only been with them for about 4 months, they are by far the most professional company that I have dealt with out there.  So far, I am very happy.  Nicole and her team have been great.  If you want any additional information, please fee free to PM me.   Good luck

I am looking for a recommendation on a property manager in Niagara Falls, NY.   There are some older discussions but nothing current.  I am having a heck of a time managing my current manager and finding it more difficult to communicate with and get paid.  Seems to be more and more charges and repairs as well as having them place "decent" tenants.   Also finding it difficult to find any good recommendation online.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
