I'd be very cautious about deals with fantastic numbers from a company with a business card website. Check out turnkey-reviews.com and see if there's anything there. Turnkey companies are mostly local, so you'll want to identify your market first, then find a turnkey provider you like.

After the great success of the last meet up at Lucky Lab in February, another event is being organized for the spring!

On May 9th, people will be meeting in the tent at Base Camp Brewing in SE Portland at 930 SE Oak St, Portland, OR 97214 to discuss real estate topics and the booming Portland market.

A few of us will be there by 5pm for people who want to head right over after work. But come on over whenever you can make it. At the last few events, we've had people there until after 9pm.

Like the last few events, it will just be open networking. We won't have name tags or any presentation. We just want people to connect in real life. And don't worry if you can't make it for the full time. Still plan to come out and meet some people.

If you think you can make it, please post below so we can get an estimated head count. And please follow this thread in case we have to make an unexpected change. I'm pretty certain that this venue won't make us change the date, but just to be safe, follow the discussion and you'll get updated.

Hope to see some familiar faces!

Great event tonight. Sorry about having to change the date. It turned out that there wasn't another event, but the employee who let us reserve the room didn't know that they don't book events on Tuesday nights. Apparently, that's 'Tightwad Tuesday' and they leave the upstairs room open for overflow. We were just frustrated that they didn't realize it until about 2 weeks after we booked it. Fortunately, we still had a lot of people out. There was still a group there when I left about 20 minutes ago.

We'll set up another one in early May. We'll try to keep doing these once a quarter and move them around town.

@Account Closed I just saw this. The Lucky Lab made us move the date from Tuesday to tonight. The BiggerPockets site didn't have the ability for us to change the date of the event, but we posted it on the thread.

@Ann Salvon Not sure why the invite shows a 5:09pm start time. A few of us will be there around 5pm, for the people who want to come right from work. I suspect we'll get a bunch of people between 5:30 and 6pm and people will start to leave around 7:30-8ish.
