After three months of not much coming on the market, a sweet property came on the MLS on Thursday before MLK. We went to see it on Friday, put in a bid on Saturday, and were told on Monday that we didn't get it (believe the winner went in with more $ down).

It was priced very low (probably $25k below market) so we knew it would move.

The search continues!
