Hello BP!

My name is Jonathan but go by 'Q' I live in the suburbs of Philly however, originally from Orlando. I am new to the REI world and couldn't be more thrilled about diving into it. I made my first flip purchase in February of this year and anticipate closing by month end, pretty stoked.
