Does anyone have any broker rules that they must adhere to as an agent with your own investment properties? For example, turning over the deposit on a property to the brokerage and informing of it, etc.

I'm looking to get some feedback on what's ideal with properties that have HOAs. Do you have the address listed with the HOA as your business/personal address? Do you let the tenant receive it at the property and let them pay it? Or is it possible for the property management company to handle it via rent and get all the paperwork mailed to them? Thanks for any feedback.
