Hi Carlos,

I started getting into real estate investing after I graduated from college at the age of 22. I just turned 25 and have currently sold one flip and I am in the process of working on another flip. I currently own my house and house hack to two other gentlemen that live with me.

I am currently working on acquiring buy and hold property in the college town that I live in. I have put in several offers on homes but I have not been able to purchase a home at this time.

My hope is to be able to one day leave my corporate job and go into real estate investing full time.

I currently live in a college town and I am currently house hacking. While house hacking is going well I am looking to expand my investments to rental property within a few mile perimeter of the college.

However, most of the properties that I am finding are over priced and do not make sense as rental or flips. Any recommendations on how to find leads?
