Hi.  Looking for recommendations for a contractor in the Cypress, TX area (NW Houston).  The intent is to buy-rehab-sell SFHs.

Good afternoon all.  I have been a member for some time and have been trying to buy my first property.  At first it was the finance, then the opportunity.  I was able to overcome those two, but i have not been able to find a reliable-contractor in my area.  I know i am asking for something here and really do not have much to offer in return at this point.  I am trying just trying to make my 20-year dream come true: buy a property, rehab it and change lives (mine, my family's, and the new owner's).

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been interested in investing in real estate for a long time and have negotiated several deals for my relatives' homes, but have not yet done it for investment;  I want this to be the year I start.  So here I am.
