Another crazy market! San Antonio has some great things going! What areas are you really liking?

Hey guys, coming up for air as it's been awhile, anyone doing deals in Houston? My team and I are working on some multifamily properties in Independence Heights. We like what's going on in that neighborhood. Would love to connect with others that are working on projects near by!

To echo my fellows WBP Academy students, J&G are legit. They offer tremendous value. The community is outstanding, everyone is a go-Giver! I wish I found them sooner. I spent 4 months floundering in the beginning before I found them. I can't seen enough good things.

I agree with @Matt Burns - listen to their podcast, they're the same on the show as they are in real life, if you dig it, join it!

I'm looking for a free conf. room to use in NYC to host a multifamily investment meetup. I'd like to present some educational materials to a group of 20-ish people. Ideally I can partner with a local RE broker or Agent that would benefit from a room full of prospects. I need a room for tomorrow 2/28 night.

Here is one company we found that seemed interesting, curious if anybody has experience with them.

Hey! My partner and I are setting up shop in ATL to invest. We both live out of state, but would like to have a physical address in ATL. We found a few virtual office companies, but would love to hear from others about their experience with using these services for collecting mail, and offering a place to work when we're in town.

Also, considering that we are from out of town, which locations are better suited for travelers entering town and leaving town? Ie North Eastern ATL vs. a place close to the airport.

Hey BP community, can anyone refer me to an Atlanta-based CPA that has experience working with RE investors, especially ones that work with MF units?

Thank you in advance,

JP
