Hello everyone! My name is Jesse Peña. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have absolutely no background in real estate. I'm interested in buy and hold single family rentals and Multifamily. I'm in the "learning phase" right now, reading books, BP content, and listening to BP podcasts. Right now my goal is to buy my first property in 2016. I am also looking for a real estate group.
