Looks like a model home. Gorgeous! No one stages their flips around here, which I think is a big mistake. 

Should sell quickly. 

Is there a place you can find in the house to put a stackable washer and dryer?

I would not want to go outside to do the wash, but maybe it's commen in Texas?
