@Ray Danishyar After watching hours of youtube videos, I have a few ideas and did purchase some programs to help me generate leads, repair cost, deal analysis and so on. My initial plan, is to target distressed listings on sites like Zillow/Redfin, to start. But I do not have a "funnel" strategy yet, in place to keep business streamlined and repeating.

@Ryan Chatman Thank you! There's no better motivator. I'm definitely on the hunt for a great deal on a SFH, hopefully and God-willing I will have something this month.

Blessed Greetings RE Fam!

My name is Joy, I'm a new mommy, and motivated WHOLESALER! I'm looking at SFH in the Bethlehem-Allentown area in need of light repairs or TLC, also open to any tips or advice. I'm looking forward to being more involved with those of you who love to talk about RE strategies and market insights!
