hi, I want to make an offer on  a bank owned property, but my realtor said  the bank don't allowed it to be resold within the first 60 days. Is this mean I can't do double closing? thanks in advance..

How about the fact that if you don't have buyers and you contract, you take the owner's property off the market, they hold it thinking you're buying it. You fail to get a buyer. Doing that can cause financial losses to an owner, you're liable for damages caused, look up "Torts". There are things an owner can reasonably do thinking you're buying that can cost them thousands of dollars, then they find out you were messing with them playing Realtor.

Don't spin your wheels taking properties under contract without knowing where you are going to place them, who a buyer could be......and yes, several buyers not just one. :)

So definitely buyers first to be on the safe side, i want my first transaction to be as smooth as possible.  Thanks Bill Gulley
