Colby thanks I will get some estimates that way I should understand more about just what is needed to the goals I set for this property. 

I have been looking for a 4-plex for awhile now. I am in no way experience in this world. I have been a waitress for the last 15 years. I’m just trying to build something so I can not have to stress on my future. I really like the property and not in a bad area off I-17 between northern and glendale, I once I do a couple of things IE: ele meters for each. I could turn it if I want to and get a better one. Who knows maybe in a year I’ll have good nest egg for the golden years. Lol 

I’m in need of individual meters on each apartment I have no clue of cost so just trying to get a ballpark $$ amount and will I have to install the ele panels too
