Did you need to show prior fundraising proof to the SBA before receiving their approval @Yolanda D'Oyen?

@Rachel Hadass and @Ivorie Walker I'm right there with y'all, balancing family, job and RE.  I'm just starting out though. The property I bought and am in the process of rehabbing is out of state. My first project.  May God help me! It's tough, but I'm keen on seeing it to completion.

Welcome to the forum, @Yolanda D'Oyen and best of luck with your project! I am not (yet) into commercial RE as I am just starting out BRRRR on my first property which God willing I plan to convert it to a duplex from the single-family that it is now. When I am ready with the numbers I will post them somewhere in the forums for feeedback! Keep blazing the trail!

Hey @Molly Kim I'm into tax lien sales too but in a different state (IN). I'm a newbie, just purchased (redeemed)my first property last year. Each state and each county for that matter has their own way they conduct the tax auctions.

So far what I've done is I called the main line 219-755-3760 to the Treasurer's office and asked them to connect me to the Recorder's office. The recorder's office line has 5 different options so each time I called I pressed the next option sequentially leaving the same voice mail - what's the procedure for receiving the title deed and of course my contact details

Hello all, I acquired a property remotely thru the online tax lien sale in Lake county Gary IN last spring and successfully redeemed it.  But my mailing address has changed since I move around a lot.  (Most likely if they mailed the deed, it must have got returned to sender or something.) I tried emailing and also calling (left message in voice mail since) the county treasurer to ask for the process for obtaining the deed, but no response.  Any pointers?  Thanks.
