I'm starting into looking in multi-family homes. I'm currently going to look at my first multi-family home to invest in. What are some questions I should ask the agent while looking into this investment multi-family home?

I'm new and I want to start out looking for som duplexes or triplexes how can I find a good real estate agent to help me find a great deal on my budget to 1st start my real estate investing ?

Thank you Joe Vastola, When taking out a loan which is best to take out 15 or 30 year loans ?

My apologies about the money reserve question, I just read it and noticed it.

No I'm not currently in the unit I want to buy a single family home but I just didn't understand the loan process. Should I have money In reserve before I get a loan ? 

When you take out a loan from the bank for a real estate investment ( for ex. a multi-family home) and you decide to buy and hold. Are you the investor paying for the loan or does the tenant you put in the rental property? How do you keep out of debt if your rental is vacant. How long does it take to payoff  a bank loan?
