Quote from @Eric Yu:

Welcome to the journey! Wholesaling is definitely a great way to get started while you're still building up your capital & credit. I recommend checking out Pace Morby & watching a lot of his free content. Aside from him, Thach Nguyen also talks a lot about wholesaling.

Once you get enough capital, would encourage you to keep going down the house hack path (if you need to be creative, maybe there's ways that you can leverage down payment from someone else, find a triplex that can cover the entire mortgage, so you can still qualify for the loan).

So last week I tried to get pre approved, because my goal is to house hack but I fell short because my credit and I don’t make enough, so I’m trying to figure out the next step to get my feet wet I have 5k available to spend. I figured wholesaling would be perfect I just need about 10 cash buyer preferably 5 fix and flips and 5 landlords and I’ll do whatever to find deals.
