Hi Colin, congrats on this opportunity! Considering this was 3mos ago, I hope things turned out well! I'm in the process of trying to partner with a friend and colleague. 1 out of the 3 of us owns a Design & Construction company working with adus and 2 of us are consultants that have been in the process to try and invest soon. I would be in your situation. I have the most investor knowledge and want to take over management. I planned on house hacking as my entry and was offered this partnership opportunity if the capital was taken care of.
