I've looked into a few, but not everything. Do they have stuff that helps you analyze your local markets?

Hey guys, I'm in the process of educating myself about real estate investing and I would like to know if there's anyone on here that could help me get a better understanding of how to analyze markets, or recommend some good resources that could help me learn.

Do you have to pay taxes on your monthly cashflow?

I would like to know if anyone in here knows what there STRAWMAN is and if so have you taken control of it through filling a UCC-1 form?
